Bunch, David, 54

David John Bunch, son of Richard J. and Janice M. Bartle Bunch, was born February 9, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois. He departed this life Sunday, July 20, 2008, in St. John’s Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-four years, five months, and eleven days.
Early in his life, he was united in marriage to Barbara Bates, and to this union two daughters, Lisa and Jennifer, were born.
On October 21, 1978, he was united in marriage to Jane F. Talbott, and to this union two daughters, Christina and Sarah, were born.
His mother preceded him in death.
David is survived by his loving wife of almost thirty years, Jane, of the home; four daughters, Lisa Bunch, and Jennifer Woodside, and her husband, Jeff, all of Hannibal, Missouri, Christina Bunch, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Sarah Holloway, and her husband, Jared, of Richland, Missouri; eight grandchildren; his father, Richard Bunch, of Quincy, Illinois; a brother, Jeffrey Bunch, and his wife, Kelle, of Quincy, Illinois; a sister, Connie Pike, and her husband, Ken, of Columbia, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and then moved with his family to Hannibal, Missouri, where he graduated from Hannibal High School. He served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force from June 21, 1972 until being honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant on June 18, 1976. After he and Jane were married, they made their home in Hannibal and Springfield, Missouri before moving to Plant City, Florida, where they lived for sixteen years. In 2003, the family moved to Lebanon, Missouri and made their home. Throughout his life, David worked as a truck driver, and after moving to Lebanon, he had driven for Tracker Marine for four years.
David made his profession of faith in Christ early in his life and was an active member of Bethany Baptist Church in Florida for several years. Since moving to Lebanon, he had been an active member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He served as a Prayer Partner leader, both in Florida and in Lebanon, and was a messenger to the Florida Baptist Convention while there, and the Missouri Baptist Convention. He had also served as a messenger for the Laclede County Baptist Association meetings.
He greatly enjoyed fishing and had participated in fishing tournaments with the Florida Pond Jumpers Association. He liked being outdoors, going to Maramec Spring, and was a fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, taking them camping, and teaching them to shoot and fish.
David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the wonderful memories he made for his family and friends.

Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Lebanon. Burial will be in Veteran's Park at Mt. Rose Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 7-8:30 P.M at the funeral home under the direction of Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon, Missouri. A memorial has been established to the PSI Foundation or the Curry Cancer Center and may be made through the Funeral Home.

Evans, Bonnie, 76

Services are 2:00 pm Sunday July 27, 2008 at Mt. Horeb Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Mt. Horeb Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening 6-8:00 pm under the direction of Allee- Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.A memroial has been established to the Mt. Horeb Cemetery and donations may be left at the funeral home.

Luallen, Ella Mae,83

Ella Mae Luallen, daughter of James Albert and Ruby F. Lawson Dwyer, was born April 24, 1925, in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this world Saturday, June 7, 2008, in Lyons, Kansas, at the age of eighty-three years, one month and fourteen days.
On August 30, 1945, in Kansas City, Missouri, she married Richard William Flugel and to this union one son was born. They divorced on February 2, 1946.
On October 19, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Silas Lester Luallen. Together they shared over sixty years of marriage before his passing on February 27, 2008.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Michael Dwyer Flugel; a sister, Sara Ann Dwyer Joyce; and eight brothers, John Frederick, Burt M., James Albert, John Patrick, Alfred, Charles Daniel, Gerald Lee and Michael Dwyer.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Catherine Loutzenhiser, of Lyons, Kansas; six sisters-in-law, Mary Luallen of Gravois Mills, Missouri, Cora Dwyer of Falls Church, Virginia, Bonnie Swafford of Independence, Missouri, Kay Dwyer of Kansas City, Missouri; Marlene Rabineau of Eldon, Missouri, and Ap Dwyer of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; a brother-in-law, Hubert “Lou” Luallen and wife Thelma of Ashland, Missouri; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ella worked as a lens grinder for Myers Optical in Kansas City. She transferred to their Eldon office, when she moved to the lake area in the early 1960’s. She battled with Alzheimer’s for the past ten years.
Ella was a loving sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.

A memroial service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday July 26, 2008 at the Allee-Holman- Howe Funeral Home.

Mortensen, Zack, 18

Services will be at 11:00 am Saturday July 26, 2008 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Dale Blair Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday at 9:00 am until service time at the church under the direction of Allee- Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. A memorial has been established to create an FFA Scholarship at the Camdenton High School. Donations may be left at the funeral home.

Robinett, Helen, 84

A glorious re-union has taken place at the gates of heaven as Helen Mae Krause Robinett entered there on July 19, 2008 at 5:55pm.

Helen Mae Krause was born April 22, 1924 to Leslie Jerome and Dessie Inez Krause at Hartville, MO. Helen was raised in the Indian Creek area north of Hartville and professed her faith in Christ at a young age. She excelled in school and her favorite subject was spelling and throughout her life she talked of the days of the 'spelling bees' at school and how she enjoyed participating in them. Through her life, she was a voracious reader, enjoying classic literature and studying the royal family.

On October 1, 1946 she was united in marriage to Joe H. Robinett in Mtn. Home, AR. To this union three daughters and one son were born. Helen and Joe started their life together on the Robinett family farm east of Hartville, moved to St. Louis for a short time, then moved to Cowden, IL where Joe taught school and coached the basketball team. In 1957 they again moved and settled in Dragerton, UT where Joe taught in the local school system, and Helen lovingly raised their family and took care of their home. Seventeen years later, they returned home to Hartville in the fall of 1973.
Helen loved to do handwork, crocheting, embroidery work, ceramics and other hobbies. She also loved her flowers and nature, loved to visit and cook for her friends and family and enjoyed traveling.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joe of 30 years; one infant sister, Janelle; three brothers, Elmo, Jake and Lester Krause.
She is survived by her children: Bobbie Boysun of Billings, MT; Paul and wife Barbara, of East Carbon City, UT; Helen Sanders and husband Tommy of Hartville; Cynthia and her husband Allan of San Mateo, CA. Eight grand children: Leslie Ann Robinett and husband Todd Jones, Steve Robinett and wife Misti; Joe L. Robinett and Melissa; Travis Robinett and Lacey; Kristi Lee Boysun; Matt Sanders and wife, Angie; Amanda Noelle Sanders; Glenn Sanders and Carrie. Seven great-grandchildren: Aubree Robinett, Gavin Robinett, Kaitlynn Robinett, Jerrick Boysun, Landon James Robinett, Kanyon Robinett, McKenna Robinett-Jones. Helen is also survived by two sisters, Hyla Margaret Stigall of Sacramento, CA and Janette Patrick of St. Louis, MO; two sisters-n-law: Mrs. Berniece Krause of McPherson, KS and Mrs. Dorothy Krause of Fordland, MO. Several wonderful nieces and nephews, many friends and a most precious and dearest friend who was like a daughter to her, Patty Arnall and her husband Jim, of Springfield, MO.

Until we meet again, may God keep you in HIS loving grace.

Services will be held at 3:00 P.M Wednesday in the Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Hartville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Steele Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 P.M until servie time and are under the direction of Holman- Howe Funeral Home Hartville, Missouri.

Thompson, Margretta, 70

Margretta Marie Thompson, daughter of I.D. and Beulah Forbes Cowley, was born July 22, 1937, in Steele, Missouri. She departed this life Saturday, July 19, 2008, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of seventy years, eleven months and twenty-seven days.
On November 28, 1981, in Camdenton, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Farrell Dean Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a step-son, Daniel Thompson.
Survivors include her loving husband, Farrell Thompson of the home; four sons, Tony Adams and wife Kathy of Camdenton, Missouri, David Adams of Solidad, California, Lewis Adams and wife Pia of Germany, and Chris Thompson and wife Robin of Camdenton, Missouri; a daughter, Margretta Schwartz of Camdenton, Missouri; two step-sons, Joe Thompson and wife Cathy of Stover, Missouri, and Steve Thompson and wife and Bridget of Eldon, Missouri; two step-daughters, Verma Dugan and husband Dennis of Brumley, Missouri, and Belinda Thompson of Eldon, Missouri; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; four sisters, Martha Meridith of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Theresa Meinhardt and husband Mike of Dittmer, Missouri, Esther Oaks of Pocahontas, Arkansas, and Nita Johnson and husband Willis of Imboden, Arkansas; and a host of loved ones and many friends.
She was raised in Pocahontas, Arkansas, and attended school there. In 1965, she moved to Piedmont, Missouri then later to Akron, Ohio. She moved to High Ridge, Missouri where she lived for eighteen years. After a short time living in California, she moved to the Lake of the Ozarks. She was a mother and a homemaker most of all, having raised eleven children. She was also a waitress at Howard Johnson’s and later Shoney’s.
Gretta made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Heart of People Church in Camdenton.
In her spare time she enjoyed ceramics and flower gardening. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. She left many wonderful memories for her family and friends to cherish.

Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday,July 22, 2008, in the Allee- Holman- Howe Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hermann City Cemetery, Hermann, Missouri. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 5-7:00 P.M. Under the direction opf the Allee- Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.

Turner, Mary, 88

Mary Florence Turner, daughter of Edward Cleveland and Lizzie Florence Allen Fagan, was born February 26, 1920 in Wright County, Missouri. She departed this life Sunday, July 20, 2008 in her home, near Mansfield, Missouri at the age of eighty-eight years, four months, and twenty-four days.
On August 30, 1947, Mary was united in marriage to Jesse Burl Turner and together they have shared the past sixty years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; and four sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Burl of the home; her children, Norma Mackey of Ash Grove, Missouri, Jesse Burl Turner Jr. of Greensburg, Kentucky, and Gary Wayne Turner and his wife Linda, of Springfield, Missouri; five grandchildren, Tammy Bekas and her husband Chris of Ash Grove, Missouri, Jesse Allen Turner of Leesville, Louisiana, Crystal Anderson and her husband Allen of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Jonathon Turner, who is currently stationed in Iraq while serving in the United States Army, and Angie Fairchild and her husband Jim, of Springfield, Missouri; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Mary grew up living near Wolf Creek Church. She and Burl moved to Greene County in the 1950’s and later moved back to the Mansfield area in 1978.
Mary was of the Baptist faith and had attended Wolf Creek Church, Gentry Church, and Friendship Baptist Church at various times throughout her life.
She was known as “mama” by many, and was a devoted homemaker to her family.
Mary enjoyed quilting and cooking for her family. She also loved sitting on her front porch swing, where she would visit with her friends and neighbors as they would pass by and could take pleasure in the many beautiful flowers surrounding her home.
Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will cherish the wonderful memories she has created for her family and many dear friends.

Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday July 23, 2008 at the Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Mansfield. Burial will be in the Dennis Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday Evening 6-8:00P.M in the funeral home under the direction of the Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Mansfield, Missouri.

Webster, Mack, 73

Mack Webster, son of Porter and Rosa Rogers Webster, was born February 27, 1935, in Camden County, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, July 20, 2008, in Boone Hospital, Columbia, Missouri, at the age of seventy-three years, four months and twenty-three days.
He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Frank, Bill, J.D., Russ and Mark, his twin and one sister, Dorothy Burns.
Survivors include his children, Maxine Bartee and husband, David, and Kenneth Webster and wife, Angela, all of Richland, Missouri, Jim Webster and wife, Debbie, of Urbana, Missouri, Nancy Hanks and husband, Tom, and Donna Upton and husband, Russell, all of Kaiser, Missouri; a companion, Dorothy Webster of Camdenton, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters, Freida Stouffer and husband, Gleason, of Bolivar, Missouri, Nancy Sherwin of Camdenton, Missouri, and Helen Morris and husband, Stanley, of Fair Grove, Missouri; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mack was raised in Camden County and served his country in the U.S. Army at Ft. Leonard Wood for a short time. After being honorably discharged from the Army, he returned to Camden County where he worked for Blair Cedar. He later moved to Kansas City, where he began a career as a dock worker for Middle West Freight Way. He retired after thirty years of service and moved to Richland, Missouri.
He was saved and baptized at Ira Missionary Baptist Church in Eldridge.
In his spare time, he enjoyed working around the farm and helping with the cattle. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mack was a loving father, companion, grandfather, brother and uncle and was a caring neighbor and friend. We will miss him, but know that his memory will live on forever in our hearts.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m Wednesday July 23, 2008 at the Allee- Holman- Howe Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Macks Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 6-8:00 p.m. and are under the direction of Allee- Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.

Whittaker, Ruth, 97

Ruth Susan Whittaker, daughter of Ernest John and Gertie Jane (Sanders) Gisel, was born May 23, 1911, in Hutchinson, Kansas. She departed this life Tuesday, July 22, 2008, in Hartville Care Center, Hartville, Missouri, at the age of ninety seven years, one month, and twenty-nine days.
On September 16, 1933 she was united in marriage to Lee Dillard Whittaker and to this union two daughters and one son were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee, on February 11, 1998; her parents; a grandson, Brian Floyd; and three brothers, Vernon Gisel, Clyde Gisel, and Lynn Gisel.
Ruth is survived by her children, Sharon Floyd, Larry Whittaker, and Susan Dugger, and her husband, Eddie, all of Hartville, Missouri; five grandchildren, Bradley Whittaker, and his wife, Kathy, of Austin, Texas, Cory Whittaker, of Nashua, New Hampshire, Jamie Dugger, and his wife, Bonnie, of Ozark, Missouri, Kelli Garrison, and her husband, Joe, and Justin Floyd, all of Hartville, Missouri; four great-grandchildren, Jessica Floyd, Mandy Floyd, Megan Whittaker, and Carter Garrison; a brother, Clarence Gisel, and his wife, Doris, of Houston, Texas; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as host of other relatives and many dear friends.
She was born and raised in Hutchinson and lived there until she met and married Lee, they then made their home in Hartville, where she worked in the café.
Ruth made her profession of faith in Christ and had attended Pleasant Hill Church and then on February 13, 2002, she became a member of the Hartville Freewill Baptist Church.
She centered her life on her family and loved caring for her children, she also had a special bond with her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed being at home playing Scrabble, working crosswords, puzzles and reading. She also loved taking her daily walk and watching Cardinal baseball.
Ruth was a kind and caring person with a big heart. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and was wonderful neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will cherish the memories she has created for her family and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday July 25, 2008, in the Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Hartville. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 7-8:30 pm under the direction of Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Hartville, Missouri.

Wilson, Glenna, 70

Glenna Jean Wilson, daughter of Glenn and Mildred Lindsey Baltzley, was born August 14, 1930, in Des Moines, Iowa. She departed this life Monday, July 21, 2008, in her home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of seventy-seven years, eleven months, and seven days.
On March 29, 1960, she was united in marriage to Farrell E. Wilson, and together they shared the last forty-eight years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Clifford Dale Smith; six brothers; and three sisters.
Jean is survived by her husband, Farrell, of the home; three daughters, Vicky Lerdahl, and her husband, Dareld, of Lebanon, Missouri, Jeannie Visnich, and her husband, John, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Rita Allison, and her husband, John, of Ridgeland, Mississippi; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Bob Baltzley, of Hollister, Missouri; five sisters, Pat Lugenbeill, of Hollister, Missouri, Juanita Munson, of Forsythe, Missouri, Beverly Davis, and June Butler, both of Des Moines, Iowa, and Evelyn Heggie, of the State of California; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa and moved with her family to the Lebanon, Missouri area when she was a teenager. She then made her home in Kansas City, Missouri for almost thirty years before she and Farrell returned to Lebanon in 1995. Throughout her life, Jean was a devoted and hardworking homemaker to her husband and family.
Jean loved her Lord dearly, and attended Crossroads Freewill Baptist Church near Lebanon. She loved to sing, and as a youth in the late 1940’s, she even sang on the radio.
In her spare time she enjoyed working with flowers, singing, and going to music shows. Her family was very important to her and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. For the last few years she bore her illness with great strength and grace.
Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and will cherish the wonderful memories she created for her family and friends.

Graveside services will be at 10:00A.M Thursday July 24, 2008. Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening 7-8:30 P.M and are under the direction of the Holman- Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon, Missouri.
