Randall and Kendall, please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your wonderful mother. I have such wonderful memories of her easy smile and laughter. I knew her as the school secretary and during my years of teaching, I have discovered that this is a position that needs to be held by someone with compassion and grace. Your mother epitomized both of these qualities.
Doris was dedicated teacher and board member. She was a great friend and loved her family. She is with God now. Bless her family.

We are so sorry to hear about your mom. Doris was the first person I met when I applied for a teaching job at Stoutland. She was the secretary then. Later, I had the privilege of being a co-worker with her in the English Department. She had a wonderful personality and great sense of humor. Her lovely smile was contagious. I saw her a couple of weeks ago at the Stoutland Senior Center and she gave me the biggest hug. We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

She was always strict, expecting their best in behavior and performance. They also bragged she was fair and if she was strict it was because you had earned it. She will be missed by many.
