I worked with Lori Lea for almost 9 years. She was one of the best at making a customer or vendor feel like they were talking to a friend. Her signature phrase on the phone was "Hey, this is your good friend Lori Lea". As soon as the words your good friend came over the phone, vendors and customers alike knew who they were talking to. Her humor and smile was and will be missed.
My favorite memories of her...we would be in the office by ourselves and she would sing along to the radio and she would always get the words/lyrics wrong and it would always make us laugh.
She was a great friend. I have and will miss her.
