I met Marjorie several years ago through Selmore Baptist Church. Her brother, Marvin, told me I should come to their house to meet her because she loved music and I was a novice banjo player. It was such a delight to meet Marjorie and play music with her and Marvin. Marjorie was such a beautiful woman in spirit and her smile and positive attitude were contagious. Although I only made a handful of visits there, those memories are stamped in my mind and I feel blessed to have made her acquaintance.
What a wonderful spirit Marjorie had. She allways had a kind word and smile for you. Going to miss her here but, looking forward to seeing her again!
Marjorie and her brother, Marvin, were both wonderful, Godly people. I had known Marvin & his wife, Zelda, for over 30 years, had the privilege of working with Marvin the 2-1/2 years prior to his passing and had the privilege of being a neighbor to Marvin & Marjorie in Ozark. I wish I had visited with them much more often than I did, as Marjorie was a joy to visit with. She was a very talented musician and even tried to teach my daughter some chords on the guitar and banjo. Another great saint has joined God in heaven! Melissa Sixkiller, Selmore Baptist Church
We loved Marjorie and Sherman like second parents. We have so many loving memories of them both. Sherman helping us work livestock and the fish fries we had together. My daughter and son thought alot of them. Marjorie will be greatly missed. She had a sweet smile and laugh that everyone loved to see and hear. Jesus has another angel with him smiling down on us.

My prayers and thoughts go to Marjorie's family: Marline, Cheryl, Karen, Ormsby, Sherline, Bryan, Jonathan, and Thelma and all other family. We knew her family better than we knew her here at Selmore Baptist, but when I saw her I always thought about her grandchildren and how proud she must be of all of them. Our condolences to the family of Marjorie. She was a wonderful and Godly woman who will be missed tremendously. She had the sweetest little giggle and was such an encourager. We will cherish the memories of Majorie and her brother Marvin and his wife Zelda. They were all such a spiritual influence and we praise God for allowing us to cross paths. This summer, while I was visiting my parents, I got to learn some really wonderful things about my Aunt Marjorie and her siblings. It seems they had their own band of sorts and all of them were able to play a musical instrument. They all got together and jammed for entertainment. I never did get to see them perform in this world, but I am really looking forward to hearing them when we all arrive in heaven. Thank you, Stanley, for sharing that with me.
