Jonathan Jacob Bukovsky (Lebanon)

Jonathan Jacob Bukovsky, son of Jacob Bukovsky and Yelena Weatherman, was born January 1, 2022, as the first baby born in Mercy Hospital in Lebanon in 2022. He departed this life Thursday, February 3, 2022, in Mercy Hospital in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of one month and two days. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmothers, Dona Shifflette, and Peggy Byington; and his paternal great grandfather, Dale Bukovsky, two uncles, and a cousin. Jonathan is survived by his parents, Yelena Weatherman, of Lebanon, Missouri and Jacob Bukovsky, of Lebanon, Missouri; five sisters, Abbigale Gidner, Amelia Lorenz, Hailey Hankins, Peggy Lorenz, all of Lebanon, Missouri and Madeline Bukovsky, of St. Louis, Missouri; his maternal grandparents, Donald Lorenz, and his wife, Shonda, of Springfield, Missouri and Penny Byington, of Webb City, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Dale Bukovsky, and his wife, Marie, of Joliet, Illinois and Michelle Sams, and her husband, Bill, of Custer Park, Illinois; his maternal great-grandparents, Philip Byington, of Vermontville, Michigan, and William Draves, and his wife, Betty, of Brighton, Michigan; his paternal great-grandparents, Bob Hill, and his wife Eileene, of Custer Park, Illinois, and Sandra Bukosky, of Monticello, Indiana; as well as numerous aunts; uncles; and cousins. His birth was anticipated with eagerness and great love. We know he will be lovingly missed by all of his family. Funeral services for baby Jonathan will be Wednesday, February 9 at 2 p.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday one hour prior to the service. A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
