Kimberly Wheeler (Lebanon)

Kimberly Faith Wheeler, daughter of Lonnie and Shirley Ford, was born April 16, 1967, in Phoenix, Arizona. She departed this life Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in Mercy Hospital, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of fifty-four years, ten months, and twenty days. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George and Marie Ford; her maternal grandfather, Richard Peters; and an uncle, Roger Peters. Kimberly is survived by a daughter, Rene Lancaster; a son, Lonnie Lancaster; two granddaughters, Kalie and Hayley Lancaster; her parents, Lonnie and Shirley Ford; two sisters, Angela Brown, and her husband, Jamie, and Lorri Ford; her maternal grandmother, Nora Peters; several nieces and nephews; her significant other, Vernon Redmond; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She lived most of her life in the Lebanon area and was a devoted homemaker to her family through the years. She enjoyed hunting for arrowheads, fishing, and going to the river. She also liked swimming during the summer months. Kimberly was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
