Levi H. Miller (Lebanon)

May 5, 1954 - April 25, 2022

Levi Hinton Miller, III, son of Levi Hinton Miller, Jr. and Edith DeHaan Miller, was born May 5, 1954, in Spokane, Washington. He departed this life Monday, April 25, 2022, in Barnes Jewish Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of sixty-seven years, eleven months, and twenty days. He is survived by his wife, Mary Miller, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; two daughters, Katy Goslin, of Phillipsburg, Missouri, and Jennifer Nunley and her husband Jim, of Republic, Missouri; a son, Lee Williams, and his wife, Danielle, of Burleson, Texas; six grandchildren, Timmy Goslin, Lynn Fisher, Taylor Nunley, Olivia Nunley, Benjamin Williams, and Samuel Williams; a great-grandchild, Jadalyn Lara; his parents, Levi and Edith Miller, of Lompoc, California; two brothers, Baxter Miller, of Corona, California, and Randy Miller, of Templeton, California; a sister, Nancy Burlak, of Denver, Colorado; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was raised in various locations while his father was serving in the military. They discovered Missouri while driving a motor home through the countryside in 1991. He made his home in Laclede County and attended Drury University, completing his studies in 2012. He taught science and math for a number of years. He also had worked at Lowe’s and created several Library Boxes around Lebanon. He was a Master Gardener of Pulaski County and started a community garden there. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and fixing things. He was a very friendly person who considered strangers friends he hadn’t met yet. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchild. Levi was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will hold tight to the wonderful memories he made with them during his lifetime. No services are planned for Levi Miller, III at this time.
