Timothy H. Jones (Bolivar)

January 20, 1962 - May 6, 2022

Timothy Howard Jones , age 60 of Buffalo, Missouri, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022 after a long struggle with diabetes and other health issues. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry G. Jones and a son, Timothy Jones Jr. He is survived by his mother, Ada Jones,; a brother, Craig Jones; a sister, Jennifer Jones – Wiley; his ex-wife, Carrie Fuller and their sons, Jeremy Jones, Patrick Jones and his wife, Misty; six grandchildren, Kyley Jones, Zoey Jones, Abbie Jones, Rylee Jones, Haley Beesley and Levi Beesley; and his dog, Pedro. Tim served in the United States Air Force from 1982-1985. He graduated from Central High School in Springfield, Missouri. He drove a truck for most of his work life. Then diabetes caused him to go on disability and he struggled with many visits in and out of the hospital. Tim loved to fish and play with his grandkids. He always wanted to learn to play the guitar, but the best he and his brother Craig could do is “Smoke on the Water” bass line. He dedicated his life to Jesus at Grant Avenue Baptist church at an early age. He enjoyed old cars, trains, Cardinals baseball and Rock music.
