James "Bud" Lee Miller (Lebanon)'s Obituary
James “Bud” Lee Miller was born November 23, 1949 in Buffalo, Missouri, to Sidney Haywood Miller and Louise Robie Miller. He passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. He was seventy-six years, five months and twelve days of age.
Bud, as he was known by family and friends, was raised in the Buffalo, Missouri area and in 1968, joined the United States Navy. He faithfully served his country and was honorably discharged in 1970.
Bud is preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Louise Miller; his brothers, Johnny Dibben and Charles Miller; his sisters, Betty Turner and Elizabeth Moore.
He is survived by two sisters, Sarah Wise of Richland, Missouri and Juanita Young and her husband Bob of Eldridge, Missouri; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Bud spent most of his career as an automobile mechanic. He especially enjoyed working on pickup trucks and worked in several states before returning to his home state of Missouri over thirty years ago. He had made his home in Wheatland, Missouri.
Many will say he lived to the beat of his own drum. He was good at his trade and loved to play cards. He will be very missed by those who knew and loved him. All services will be private.
