's Obituary
R.G. Dugger “Foreman”, son of Ray Farris and Georgia Lee (Dudley) Dugger, was born March 30, 1938 near Hartville, Missouri. He departed this life Friday, May 8, 2009 in his home, in Hartville, Missouri at the age of seventy-one years, one month, and eight days. On January 25, 1960 he was united in marriage to Darlene Lucille Coffman and to this union one daughter and three sons were born. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Roger Dugger; a grandson, Clinton Rawlings, Jr.; three sisters, Lillie Dugger, Phyllis Dugger, and Wilda Dugger; two brothers, Paul Dugger and Harry Dugger; a brother-in-law, Phil Betts. R.G. is survived by his loving wife, Lucille, of the home; a daughter, Sue Rawlings, and her husband, Clinton, of Billings, Missouri; two sons, Rex Dugger, and his wife Elaine, and Harlen Dugger, and his wife, Cathy, all of Hartville, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and was greatly anticipating the arrival of two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lyllis Gass, and her husband, Harold, of Hartville, Missouri, Lillian Betts, and her friend, Mike Lala of Toledo, Ohio, and Patty Hodkins, and her husband, Dale, of Willard, Missouri; two sisters-in-law, Lois Dugger, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Glenda Mae Dugger, of Toledo, Ohio; a number of nieces and nephews as well as a host of other relatives and many dear friends. He was born and raised in the Hartville area, where he spent most of his life, except four years he lived in Kansas. He had worked for Glen Hensley Lumber Company and remained there after it became Royce Hutchinson Lumber Company. He was also employed many years at Arnall Lumber Company where he operated the planer. R.G. was saved and baptized at Red Hill Church and attended Hilltop Church in Hartville. He loved spending time with his family he especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoyed building fence, fishing and watching westerns and wrestling on television. R.G. was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the wonderful memories he has created for his family and friends. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday May 13, 2009 in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Hartville. Burial will be in the Steele Memorial Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday evening 7-8:00pm at the funeral home under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Hartville, Missouri.
