He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Jack, Joe, Mike, and Mathias McCulloch; and two sisters, Mary Young, and Margaret Kay.
Albert is survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years, Joyce, of the home; three daughters, Kimberly Ann Weaver, and her husband, Dana, of St. Joseph, Missouri, Kelly Farris, and Dana Beth Cox, and her husband, Jerry, all of Lebanon, Missouri; six grandchildren, Zachary, and his wife Ashley, Jacob, Dusty, Erica, and her husband Jeremy, Mitchell, and Tyler; three great-grandchildren, Mason, Reagan, and Sophia; two brothers, Kenneth McCulloch, and his wife, Della, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and John McCulloch, and his wife, Mary Ellen, of Wichita, Kansas; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Lebanon area, and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1950. After he and Joyce were married, they made their home near Lebanon and lovingly raised their daughters. Albert worked for a road construction crew for several years, and then owned and operated McCulloch Lawn Care Service for over thirty years. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local Union #16 for over forty years.
Albert was an active member of St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church for as long as his health allowed.
He had a love of music and especially country western music, and had played the guitar and sang with the Country Patriots Band. He was very mechanically inclined and had a fondness for tractors. He and Joyce loved to travel and had done so extensively across the countryside. They also liked going to the music shows in Branson. He enjoyed keeping up with his friends on Facebook particularly since his health began to fail. He loved his family dearly and especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Albert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and know that his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he created for them during his eighty-six years.
