Alex Sumner Beville (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Alex Sumner Beville of Phillipsburg, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023 in his home. He was born March 19, 1980 in Inverness, Florida to Frankie Beville and Wendy Kaye Wade Beville. At the time of his passing, he was forty-two years, nine months and nineteen days.
After spending the first eight years of his life in Florida, he moved with his family to Hartville, Missouri. Alex fell in love with bull riding but as he became an adult, his path would lead him back to Florida where he would work in the shrimping industry.
On February 9, 2019, Alex was united in marriage to Brandi Harvey and together they would enjoy love and laughter, along with the ups and downs of life, with their nine children. They returned to Missouri in July of 2021.
His life was a testimony. Alex had remained sober for seven years and he was very proud of this accomplishment. He shared with everyone that he chose life and chose to follow God as his personal Lord and Savior. He was his own man, and was proud of the man God had helped him become. Even while battling cancer, his desire was to keep his body clean and he was concerned about taking medication needed in his cancer treatment.
He was a member of Harvest Tabernacle Church in Lebanon, Missouri.
Alex was preceded in death by his mother, Wendy Beville; a niece, MaRanda Forbes; and both sets of grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Brandi of the home; nine children, Lance, Hope, Vance, Dillon, Cody, Logan, Brodi, Kylie and Mylie; his father, Frankie Beville; two sisters, Amanda Forbes and her husband, Randy of Conway, Missouri and Chrissy Osteen of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; his loving in-laws, Donna Milliken and Mark Milliken; three grandchildren, Gunner, LilliAnna and Brantley; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Forbes, Trenton Forbes and Mariah Huckaby and her husband, Nathan.
