Allen Leroy Rogers (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Allen Leroy Rogers, son of Billy Rogers, Sr. and Betty Louise Decker Rogers, was born September 15, 1955, in Hartford City, Indiana. He departed this life Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in his home in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-six years, ten months, and twelve days.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Dylan Blake; a brother, Billy Rogers, Jr.; two sisters, Lisa Bond and Rita Terry; and a brother-in-law, Thomas Kasler.
Allen is survived by a brother, Christopher Rogers, of Holbert, Missouri; three sisters, Brenda Crouch, of Buffalo, Missouri, Debbie Kasler, of Holbert, Missouri, and Savannah Soliz, of Carriere, Mississippi; his estranged children, Misty DuPont, of Eldon, Missouri, and Michael P. Coffey, of Camdenton, Missouri; his estranged grandchildren, Alexis DuPont, Konnor DuPont, Braden Coffey, and Sydney Leigh Coffey; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in the Possum Hollow area near Camdenton, Missouri, and attended Camdenton Schools He had made his home in Lebanon, Missouri for a number of years and had worked as an assembly worker for a boat manufacturing company for several years.
He enjoyed working word puzzles, watching wrestling on television and going to auctions. He had a good personality, a great sense of humor and liked telling jokes. He had a talent as a salesman and was always willing to help anyone in need. He had a deep affection for his dog “Sassy”, and loved his family.
Allen was a loving brother, uncle, father, grandfather, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Camden County off Tunnel Dam Road. A memorial has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
