Allen was always funny and sweet. He was one of the kids that ran around with my younger brother Greg. He and his mother attended Hillcrest Baptist church with my family and he was always a delight. My prayers for his family, he will be missed.

I was sad to hear the passing of Stumpy. He was a good friend, a business partner and a partner in crime on many adventures. After high school we coached youth football together. We reconnected years later when our daughters played softball together in high school. RIP my friend.

I'm sad to hear of this news. I saw Stump for the first time in years during our class reunion a few years ago. I moved to Lebanon just before our Senior year of HS. Allen was one of many to become instant friends. He and Tom Millsap taught me the art of detailing cars and the best techniques of throwing eggs. I'll never forget the time we were chased into the park by a Corvette, Stump climbed the nearest tree quicker than you can imagine. The guys in the Vette never saw him and were actually right under the tree that he was hiding in. Great times. Great guy and great memories.
