Alma E. Booth (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mrs. Alma Elizabeth Booth, age 77, of Bolivar, Missouri, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012 at her home in Bolivar.
Alma was born on July 9, 1935, the daughter of Isaac Cook and Daisy E. (Brooks) Cook in Walnut Grove, Missouri.
She retired from the Housekeeping Department at Southwest Baptist University after 18 years employment. Alma then worked as a door greeter at Wal-Mart for another seven years. She was a member of the Campbell Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Bolivar, Missouri. Alma was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Alma is preceded in death by her son; Richard Booth, a brother; Raymond Maverick, and a half-brother.
She is survived by her son; Mark Booth and his significant other Deanna Wells of Pleasant Hope, Missouri, her daughter; Cheryl Mincks and her husband Billy of Bolivar, Missouri, two brothers; Bob Cook and his wife Linda of Florida, and Jerry Hall of Hermitage, Missouri, two half-sisters; her daughter in law; Charlotte Booth of Bolivar, Missouri, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
