Amy Hutchison (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Amy Hutchison was born in Springfield, MO on December 17, 1977, to Leroy and Vicki Hutchison. She attended elementary through high school In Willard, MO. She then attended Cosmetology College.
She found her passion when she took a job with an audiologist helping people with hearing disabilities. She often talked about the satisfaction in helping others.
One of Amy’s deepest loves was for her cat Sebastian. He was a beautiful Himalayan and gave her many years of companionship.
The last four years of her life she spent with a man she cared for deeply, Bill Shay. They enjoyed watching black squirrels in their yard and fishing with their neighbors. They also enjoyed watching football games together and were avid Kansas City Chief fans.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Leroy and Tilly Hutchison, and Marceline Wilson.
Amy is survived by parents, Leroy and Vikki Hutchison. Brother, Justin Hutchison and spouse Trisha. Sister, Alicia Hoft and spouse Brad. Nephews, Devon and Logan. Nieces, Hannah and Leah. And a multitude of friends.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar.
Graveside services will follow beginning at 11:00 AM at Resurrection Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri
