Anna Davis (Mansfiled)'s Obituary
Anna Marie Davis, daughter of Edward and Nance Greene Shaffer, was born March 6, 1952 in Brighton, Colorado and departed this life on October 14, 2019 in her home near Mansfield, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Nancy Collins, brother, Vernon Shaffer, and longtime companion, Larry Morris.
Anna is survived by her son, Johnny Davis of Georgia; three brothers, Terry Shaffer of Mansfield, Gary Shaffer of Marshfield and Bobby Shaffer of Arizona; sister, Sue Colvin of Arizona; two grandchildren, Margaret Davis of Mtn. Grove and Kevin Collins of Moody, Missouri.
She was born and raised in Brighton, Colorado where she graduated from Brighton High School and then started her family. In 1984, the “Great Shaffer Migration” started moving to Mansfield, Missouri. She was a factory laborer and a homemaker.
In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, and loved all animals, especially cats.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
