Anna Kerrigan's Obituary
Annlyne Lee Kerrigan, daughter of William “Bill” and Katherine Adams Pease, was born May 8, 1938, in Kansas City, Kansas. She departed this life Saturday, May 6, 2006, in St. John’s Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-seven years, eleven months, and twenty-eight days. Early in her life she was united in marriage to Francis Lown, and to this union three sons and one daughter were born. Later, she married John Kerrigan of Lebanon, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Fred Martin; and a sister, Felina Rogers. Anna is survived by three sons, Joe Lown, and his wife, Peggy, of Lebanon, Missouri, David Lown, serving in the United States Coast Guard, and Gary Lown, and his wife, Thy, of Alexandria, Virginia; a daughter, Tina Allison, of Lebanon, Missouri; five grandchildren, Chrissy, Bobby, Audrey, Joey, and Jacob; four step-grandchildren; a great-grandchild; three step- great-grandchildren; two sisters, Grace Shepherd, and Blanche Goodwin, both of Aurora, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, and then moved to Lawrence, Kansas for a few years. After she and Francis were married, they made their home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for five years while Francis was in the United States Air Force. They eventually moved to the Lebanon community. Besides being a devoted homemaker to her family, Anna also worked as a nurse’s aide for several years. She did volunteer work as a Pink Lady at the Breech Medical Center. She was a lady of firm convictions and loved watching westerns on television. She was greatly loved by her children. We celebrate Anna’s life and know that she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of her family and ma Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2006, in the Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 7 - 8:30 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
