Anna L Richardson (Lebanon)'s Obituary
On Sunday, January 24th, 2021 Anna Lou Richardson gained her wings and joined her mother Susie Parks, her father John Parks, and her first husband Edgar Johnson in Heaven. She leaves behind her newly married husband, Jerry Richardson, her daughter Donna and son John, as well as many grandchildren, including Heather, Elizabeth, and Autumn.
Anna was born in Sacramento, California and spent her career working for the United States Air Force based on McClellan Air Force Base where she met her late husband Edgar. Together they raised a blended family that consisted of eight children. After the loss of her husband, she found comfort in the arms of her friend, Jerry. After courting for several years, she and Jerry were married in 2015. Anna loved her family and spent her life helping others. She had a servant’s heart and used it to spread the gospel by helping anyone she could. She loved the ocean and being outdoors enjoying the Lord's creation. She spent her retired life enjoying watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. In her free time, she loved to shop, perhaps a little too much. She was also known to cut a rug with her local folk dancing club and expressed her creativity while toll painting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and caring friend. She will be dearly missed.
Services will be Thursday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon, Missouri. Rev. Tim Howe will officiate the service. A visitation will follow.
Memorial contributions may be made to Terra Veterinary Services and left at the funeral home.
