Avery Cornett (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Avery Nolan Cornett, son of Shelby Schrack and Derek Cornett, was born December 8, 2011, in St. John’s Hospital in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, December 18, 2011, in St. John’s Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of ten days.
Avery is survived by his parents, Shelby Schrack and Derek Cornett, of the home; a sister, Audrey Schrack, of the home; his maternal grandparents, Teresa and Preston Downey, of Creighton, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Jessie Cornett, Jr., of Creighton, Missouri, and Darrell and Vickie Lerdahl, of Lebanon, Missouri; his maternal great-grandparents, Bonnie Brown, of Forsyth, Missouri, and Rose and Fred Gamblin, of Creighton, Missouri; his paternal great-grandparents, Farrell Wilson, and Cathryn and Jerry Lerdahl, all of Lebanon, Missouri, Jessie Cornett, Sr., and Margie Cornett, of Creighton, Missouri; a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Although his time on earth was cut extremely short, his passing has touched the hearts of many. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
