Bentley is survived by his parents, Charles and Karla, of the home; two brothers, Aiden Joshua Lewis, and Kolten Lynn Lewis; one sister, Cierra Ann Lewis; Grandparents, Patricia and Robert Wright of Kansas City, Missouri, Judy Myers of Pierce City, Missouri, Ronnie Lewis of Bolivar, Missouri; Great-grandparents; Eunice Friedly of Sedalia, Missouri, Retha Wright of Fair Play, Missouri, and Charles and Shirley Ealy of Bolivar, Missouri.
