Bernice loved attending and being a part of her church home, the Hartville Free Will Baptist Church, for more than thirty years. She had a servant’s heart and loved to serve in many capacities. She served in the church’s kitchen and helped with Wednesday night meals, which was part of the children’s ministry. Her church family meant a lot to her and she treasured her time spent with them. She proudly professed her faith and even a few days before she went to her heavenly home she was witnessing to the staff in the hospital. She was such a kind and sweet person that always let her light shine.
She worked at the Hartville US Bank for 34 years as a Sales and Service Coordinator/Assistant Manager. Everyone loved walking in to her smiling face and loving personality. There she made many friends as well as made an impact in many lives.
Bernice was a loving wife, mother, Grammy, sister, aunt, and friend. We cherish every moment we got with her and look forward to being reunited in Heaven with her again.
