Betty D. Price's Obituary
Betty Dean Price, daughter of Lawrence and Nadine Wilson Price, was born November 12, 1935, near Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life Tuesday, February 13, 2007, in Christian Healthcare North, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of seventy-one years, three months, and one day. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Chester Price. Betty is survived by five brothers, Donald Massey, of Bakersfield, California, Jim Price, of Laquey, Missouri, Paul Price, of Stoutland, Missouri, Dale and Roy Price, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Phyllis Day, of Lebanon, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She was raised in the Camdenton area, and continued to make her home there for several years. Later in her life, she came to live in Lebanon, Missouri, where she enjoyed working at Laclede Area Sheltered Workshop. Betty had attended Harvest Tabernacle – United Pentecostal Church in Lebanon, and greatly enjoyed the fellowship the church offered. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, growing beautiful flowers, and doing handwork such as crocheting, knitting, and counted cross stitch. She liked being around people, and also had a great love for animals. Betty will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of her family and many friends. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in Myetta Cemetery, near Camdenton. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 7 - 8:30 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
