Betty was a hard worker with her husband, Junior. They raised hogs for many years on their farm in Dallas County. After they sold the farm, they moved to Lebanon.
She loved the Lord and had a strong faith. She and Junior attended the River of Life Pentecostal Church in Buffalo and the JJ Holiness Church near Buffalo. They were very active in church.
Betty loved to play card games, fishing with her family, going to the river, and could often be found in her garden. She also found comfort in remembering Junior after he passed, visiting, drinking coffee and having a cigarette. She was always ready to meet the needs of those close to her. Her family says she also watched the news and would “solve the world’s problems” every day. Betty loved to shop and was very fond of consignment shops and yard sales. She had a strong personality and was a firecracker.
