Beverly K. Dudley (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Beverly Kay Dudley, daughter of Billy Wayne and Lillie Mills Dudley, was born April 18, 1962, in Cushing, Oklahoma. She departed this life Sunday, March 14, 2021, in Cox South Medical Center, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of fifty-eight years, ten months, and twenty-six days.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Dudley.
Beverly is survived by a daughter, Olivia Grandberry, of Waynesville, Missouri; her parents, Rev. Bill and Lillie Dudley, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, Clifton Dudley, and his wife, Judy, of Windsor, Missouri; a sister, Linda Dudley, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Mary Dudley, of Lebanon, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in the Waynesville, Missouri area and graduated from Waynesville High School. She earned her education degree from Drury University. She began working at the age of sixteen for McDonald’s and worked on and off for them throughout her life. She taught Kindergarten and Pre-School Classes at the Laquey Schools for sixteen years.
Beverly made her profession of faith in Christ early in her life and was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in St. Robert, Missouri. She was a very generous person who was always willing to help others.
She had been involved in the Girl Scout programs and also Frontier Girls. She loved reading and liked cooking. She was very dependable and fair. She was hard working, dedicated and fiercely loyal. She loved her daughter dearly and was always interested and involved in her activities.
Beverly was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
Funeral services for Beverly Dudley will be Saturday, March 20 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in St. Robert, Missouri with Rev. David Brown officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park in Lebanon, Missouri.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
