I’m at the point in my career that I reflect on those that have provided teaching and guidance along the way. To say the least, Mrs. Endings was one of those individuals. I loved science from an early age, but my interest flourished in her classroom as I took every HS science class I could (except botany)! In fact, when I was in the Galapagos this past November, I so often thought of her in that “living classroom”, and how she would have shared my love and passion. Dan, I’m thinking of you and your family, as there are some of us that remember you as coming along with the science class on the school bus. Thank you Mrs. Endings for the impact you had on so many of us, as we will continue your legacy!
