It was and honor to have known and served as Bills Pastor at Hartville Assembly for many years. I considered Bill a friend and enjoyed knowing him. While living in Hartville Bill and I would often meet at lunch time down at the picnic tables by the lake and in just a few minutes we would solve all the problems of the world. What a great guy! I will certainly miss my old friend Bill Dugger. Our prayers are with you, Larry and Gary. Though we are far away we will never forget our time spent you and your families. Evon and I love you'all.
Our Prays go out to you during your time of sorrow
