Billy Joe Pasley born on Feb 15, 1949 and departed this earth to be with his Saviour in Heaven on March 28, 2016 at his home in Hartville surrounded by family.
Billy Joe Pasley was born on February 15, 1949 in Norwood, Mo to Thomas Jefferson and Ruby Pearl (Roadlander) Pasley. He was united in marriage to Donna "Susie" (Lawson) Pasley on October 5, 1975. They enjoyed over 40 years of marriage blessings. Together they raised 5 sons: Tony Hooker, James Hooker, John Hooker, Billy Pasley, and Thomas Jefferson (TJ) Pasley.
Bill cherished the most his time spent with family. He enjoyed loving on the babies, hunting, fishing, lottery tickets, watching westerns and TV game shows, visiting with friends and rolling his eyes at his daughter-in-laws.
Bill enjoyed sharing memories of his previous adventures. He loved reminiscing about his last vacation to the Ocean that his 3 oldest boys and wives took him and Susie on. The trip was full of many firsts. The sand may brush off, the salt may wash clean, tans may fade away but the memories will last forever.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Jefferson and Ruby Pearl (Roadlander) Pasley, 3 sisters: Grace Cameron, Goldie Brown, and Audrey Long. 2 brothers: Ernie Pasley, and Lester Pasley. 1 Grandchild: Baby Hooker and 2 Great Grandchildren: Aiden William Cardwell, and Parker Dean Reser.
Bill is survived by his loving wife he called babe, Donna Sue "Susie" (Lawson) Pasley. 5 sons:Tony Hooker and wife Tina of Hartville Mo; James Hooker of Norwood, Mo; John Hooker and wife Miranda of Norwood, Mo; Billy Pasley and TJ Pasley of the home. 7 Grandkids: Megan, Sarah, Kaitlyn, Dylan, Leah, Brandt, and Andrew. 4 Great GrandChildren: Landon, Truan, Bentley and Madison. 6 Sisters: Carrie McCall, Mary Peters, Shirley Fosshee, Martha Shields, Lavella Wilson, May Reynolds and a host of many other family members and dear friends.
