Billie Paul Gilmore (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Billie Paul Gilmore, 75 of Halfway, MO passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 in Houston MO. Billie was born July, 27, 1947 in Springfield, MO to Loyd and Iva Gilmore. Billie married Velma Orrell and the couple had three children, Billie Shane, Paul and Regina Gilmore, A hard working farmer, Billie worked hard to provide for his family. His main concern even to the end was that his family was taken care of. Billie is preceded in death by wife, Velma; son, Billie Shane; his parents; and a brother, Rex. Survivors include two children, Paul (Natalie) Gilmore and Regina Gilmore; sisters, Brinda (Mike) Johnson and Shirly Orrell; grandchildren, David Fergerson, Shelly Gilmore, Austin Gilmore, Michael Gilmore, Shawn Gilmore, Jacob Gilmore, Emily Gilmore and Katelyn Gilmore; and one great granddaughter, Opal Gilmore.
Visitation for Billie will be held 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, MO. Graveside service will be held Friday, Feb. 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Hope Cemetery, Pleasant Hope, MO.
