Billie K Davis (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Billie K. Davis, age 87, of Bolivar, Missouri passed away Thursday evening, May 31, 2012 at Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia, MO.
Billie was born to Joseph C. Davis and Anna (Newland) Davis on October 16, 1924 near Eudora, MO
Billie married Wilma Doris West on April 16, 1949 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They resided northeast of Stockton and in the Masters area until they moved near Bolivar in 1966. Billie made a living as a farmer. Billie served in the U.S. Marine Corp during WWII. He was very proud to have served his country.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Wilma, a Half-sister Nellie Schellhardt, two half-brothers Jerlie Baldwin and Gene Baldwin.
Billie is survived by two sons, Terry Davis and his wife Vickey of Bolivar; Mark Davis of Springfield, a daughter Arlene Ankrom and her husband Randy of Bolivar, three grandchildren, Kristy Viles and her husband Jeff of Bolivar, Darrin Ankrom and his wife Alyson of Crosby, Texas, Bradley Davis and his wife Alisha of Ashland, MO; five great grandchildren, Justin Viles, Jenna Viles, and Jarrett Viles all of Bolivar, Cole and Case Ankrom of Crosby, Texas, a twin brother Bobbie Davis of Raytown, MO, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Monday, June 4, 2012 at Lindley Prairie Cemetery with Bill Bob Kallenbach officiating under the care and direction of the Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar, Missouri.
Pallbearers will be Terry Davis, Mark Davis, Bradley Davis, Jeff Viles
