I got to know Billy through his wife Margaret as she and I worked together at the Commerce bank branch in Conway for the entire 1977 year. We worked out of a mobile unit and Billy would come in two to three times a week to make sure we hadn’t been robbed. He and His wife Margaret were great people. My prayers go out to the family.
