Blanca Ruiz (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Blanca Lilia Ruiz was born June 5, 1952 in Cerritos San Luis Potosi, Mexico to her loving parents, Ignacio Ruiz and Maria Juana Torrez. Blanca entered eternal rest on Friday, March 20, 2026 in Methodist Specialty Physicians Group in Houston, Texas. She was seventy-three years, nine months and fifteen days of age.
Blanca is preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Gonzalo Ruiz, Francisco Ruiz and Hilda Ruiz.
She is survived by her husband, Rodolfo Martinez Bregal; her son, Raymundo Nieto and his wife, Marisela Nieto; her granddaughter, Isabella Nieto; and her siblings, Maria Guadalupe Ruiz, Maria Teodora Ruiz, Raphael Ruiz, Jose Ruiz, Gloria Ruiz and Lidio Ruiz; and other relatives and friends.
Blanca was born and raised in Mexico and was the first in her family to move to the United States. She helped her family in moving to the U.S. and was delighted to have them close.
She worked hard as a single mom. Blanca then met her true love, Rodolfo Martinez Bregal and they were married. Following her marriage to Rodolfo, she enrolled in college and learned the English language.
Blanca loved the Lord and was a member of the Catholic Church.
She enjoyed watching soccer. Blanca was very talented at making jewelry and sewing. She made wonderful doll dresses. She also loved gardening.
Most of all, Blanca was a cherished mother, treasured grandmother and trusted sister and friend. Her top priority was taking care of her family and she loved them very much. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and know she will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Blanca Lilia Ruiz nació el 5 de junio de 1952 en Cerritos, San Luis Potosí (México), hija de sus amados padres, Ignacio Ruiz y María Juana Torrez. Blanca falleció el viernes 20 de marzo de 2026 en el Methodist Specialty Physicians Group en Houston, Texas. Tenía setenta y tres años, nueve meses y quince días.
A Blanca le precedieron en la muerte sus padres y sus hermanos Gonzalo Ruiz, Francisco Ruiz e Hilda Ruiz.
Le sobreviven su esposo, Rodolfo Martínez Bregal; su hijo, Raymundo Nieto, y su esposa, Marisela Nieto; su nieta, Isabella Nieto; y sus hermanos, María Guadalupe Ruiz, María Teodora Ruiz, Raphael Ruiz, José Ruiz, Gloria Ruiz y Lidio Ruiz; así como otros familiares y amigos.
Blanca nació y creció en México y fue la primera de su familia en mudarse a los Estados Unidos. Ayudó a su familia a trasladarse a los Estados Unidos y estaba encantada de tenerlos cerca.
Trabajó duro como madre soltera. Blanca conoció entonces a su verdadero amor, Rodolfo Martínez Bregal, y se casaron. Tras su matrimonio con Rodolfo, ingresó a la universidad y aprendió el idioma inglés.
Blanca amaba al Señor y era miembro de la Iglesia católica.
Le gustaba ver el fútbol. Blanca tenía mucho talento para hacer joyas y coser. Hacía maravillosos vestidos para muñecas. A ella también le encantaba la jardinería.
Sobre todo, Blanca era una madre querida, una abuela apreciada y una hermana y amiga de confianza. Su principal prioridad era cuidar de su familia y los amaba mucho. Celebramos su vida y sus logros y sabemos que aquellos que la conocieron y la amaron la echarán mucho de menos.
