Bobby Gean Sullivan (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Bobby Gean Sullivan of Springfield, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 from injuries received in an automobile accident just north of Branson, Missouri. Bobby was sixty-six years, six months and twenty-four days old at the time of his passing.
He was born November 4, 1956 in Lebanon, Missouri to James Sullivan and Geneva Cromer Sullivan. He grew up in the Stoutland, Missouri area, spending his time hunting and fishing. He was a graduate of Stoutland High School.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jimmie Sullivan.
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Retzloff and her husband, Chris of Springfield, Missouri; six grandchildren, Aaron Retzloff and Shawn Retzloff and his wife, Bobbie, all of Marshfield, Missouri, Sheldon Retzloff and his wife, Tori of Republic, Missouri, Zoee Null, Madison Retzloff and Peyton Retzloff, all of Springfield, Missouri; his great-grandchildren, Justin, Baily, Baylor, Mason, Jayson, Gunner, Syndey and Axton; his siblings, Bettie Davenport and her husband, Clovis, Charles Sullivan and Buddie Sullivan, all of Lebanon, Missouri, George Sullivan of St. Charles, Missouri and Billie Sullivan of Springfield, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.
Bobby worked at H.D. Lee, Pam’s Flowers, and was a UPS delivery driver. He loved to cook and was very good at growing beautiful flowers. He enjoyed decorating for weddings and served as a DJ for many functions.
Above all, he loved spending time with his family. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought him so much joy and he looked forward to sharing experiences with them and creating memories.
He loved people and would talk to anybody. He had a strong faith in God and was saved at a young age. It is this blessed assurance that we know Bobby is with his heavenly father and is rejoicing with those who have gone before him.
A memorial has been established to Barnett Cemetery and contributions may be made through the Funeral Home.
