Bobby Tumey (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Bobby Tumey, son of Charles H. and Alma Florence King Tumey, was born November 6, 1939 in Eudora, Arkansas. He departed this life Saturday, July 11, 2015 in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of seventy-five years, eight months, and five days.
On September 22, 1962, Bobby was united in marriage to Phyllis Gail Munsey and together they shared forty-nine years until her passing on October 13, 2011.
Bobby was also preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Shana Aubuschon and husband Ernie, of Roach, Missouri; step children, Robert Jonscher and wife Rita, of Overland Park, Kansas, and Jeffrey Jonscher and wife Chamaine of Tonganoxie, Kansas; and two step-grandchildren, Marissa and B.J.; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Bobby was born in Arkansas and moved with his family to California as a child. He was a graduate of Easton High School. After graduation, Bobby began work as a Pipe Fitter in the local union. He was a Journeyman Pipe Fitter for over fifty years. Following his retirement, Bobby and Phyllis moved to the Camdenton area and remained here until his passing.
In his spare time, Bobby enjoyed fishing, working on old cars, and watching NASCAR.Bobby was a loving father, step-father, step-grandfather, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend.
We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has created for his family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date and will be announced by the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
