Bonnie Sutton (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Bonnie Deloris Sutton was born January 9, 1942 in Lebanon, Missouri to Joey Reid and Martha Randolph Reid. She passed away Friday, July 12, 2024, in her home in Lebanon, Missouri. She was eighty-two years, six months and three days of age.
Bonnie grew up in the Crossroads Community and professed her faith in God at an early age. She followed the Assembly of God faith.
On September 18, 1958, Bonnie was united in marriage to Kenneth Sutton and they were blessed with four children. After she and Kenneth were married, they moved to Kansas City to live and work there until 1998 when they returned to Lebanon.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of almost fifty years, Kenneth Sutton on April 20, 2008; a daughter, Kimberly Sutton; two brothers, Kurt Reid and Harold Reid; three sisters, Gladys Williams, Agnes Phillips and Sylvia May; and her son-in-law, Frank Hall.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan Sutton and Teri Hall, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a son, Randy Sutton of Kansas City, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jordan, Kent, Kyle and Miranda; seven great-grandchildren, Reggie, Natalie, McKinley, Audrey, Liam, Isabella and Ivy; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Bonnie enjoyed bowling and interior decorating. She loved raising flowers, as well as cooking and baking.
Most of all, Bonnie loved her family and was a big part of each one of their lives. Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the best times and the memories they made with her will be cherished for years to come.
Throughout her life, Bonnie was known for her unwavering dedication to her family, embodying the roles of a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Her home was a haven of warmth, love, and laughter, where countless memories were created and treasured.
