He is survived by his two sons, Jon Crockett and his significant other Jennifer of Bethany, IL and Brent Crockett of Decatur, IL; a daughter, Annette Crockett of Benton, IL; the mother of his children, Stacy Crockett of Decatur, IL; his step-son, Steven Guynn of Decatur, IL.; one sister, Darla Crockett of Sullivan, IL; and ten grandchildren..
