Brandon Lansdown's Obituary
Brandon Lynn Lansdown, son of Steve and Faye Lavonne (Ramsey) Lansdown, was born on March 5, 1985; he departed this life, Monday, November 20, 2006, near Ava, Missouri at the age of twenty-one years, eight months, and fifteen days. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Annette Lansdown, and James and Hattie Ramsey. He is survived by his mother, Faye Butts, and her husband Bradley, of Hartville, Missouri; his father, Steve Lansdown, of Ava, Missouri; two brothers, James Lansdown, of Ava, Missouri, and Stephen Lansdown, of Hartville, Missouri; two sisters, Amanda Kilgore, of Mansfield, Missouri, and Della Lansdown, of Ava, Missouri; a grandmother, Earline Lansdown, of Norwood, Missouri; three step-brothers, Joe Butts, of Hartville, Missouri, John Butts, of Springfield, Missouri, and J.R. Butts, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; one step-sister, Dawn Kaufman, of Clarksville, Tennessee; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Brandon spent most of his life in the Mansfield and Ava communities, and in his spare time he loved horseback riding, hunting, and fishing, as well as spending time with his families and friends. Brandon was a loving son, brother, grandson, step-brother, uncle, and cousin, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the memories he made for his family and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2006, in the Holman-Howe Chapel, Mansfield. Burial will be in the Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 - 7:00 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Mansfield, Missouri.
