Brandon Vernon Milligan of Sebastian, Florida passed away February 25, 2018. He was born June 30, 1972, to Gary Kenneth and Brenda (Van Ness) Milligan of Seymour.
Brandon was preceded in death by his father Gary Kenneth Milligan in 1978, by his maternal grandfather Vernon “Jack” Van Ness, and by his paternal grandparents Kenneth and Christine Milligan.
Brandon is survived by his wife Leslie Milligan of Sebastian, Florida; his two daughters Lydia Clark (Zack) and Emily Milligan (Jacob Cote); Lydia & Zack’s babies Zelda and Atticus Clark; his mother and step-father Brenda and Vince Turner, all of Springfield, Missouri; his brother Gary K. Milligan II (Julie) of Tallahassee, Florida, his maternal grandmother Evelyn Van Ness of Seymour, Missouri, one nephew, two nieces, four aunts, two uncles and eight first cousins as well as his two best friends Michael Moore and Steven Blamey.
