Burton Andrew Graves (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mr. Burton Andrew Graves, age 63 of Flemington, Missouri passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2011 at his home in Flemington, Missouri.
He was born on October 9, 1948 in Monterey, California, the son of Dwight Merritt Graves and Elinor Marie Rietzel.
Burt worked as a warehouse supervisor for General Electric Company in Kansas City, Missouri prior to his retirement. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post in Belton, Missouri and a member of the AMVETS Post #114 of Flemington, Missouri.
Burt is survived by his wife; Deborah Graves of the home, son; James Graves of Kansas City, Missouri and many other relatives.
Burt’s wish was to have cremation and have his ashes scattered at a later date. No services will be held. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri.
