Carl L Atwood (Seymour)'s Obituary
Carl Lee Atwood, age 77, of Seymour, MO passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield, MO. Carl was born August 25, 1939 in Eldon, Iowa to Jesse James Atwood and Lenora Irene (Beck) Atwood. He went to Ava High School for two years and graduated from Rogersville High School. He worked for Ford Motor Company in Claycomo, MO for 30 years. He attended Diggins Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, a half brother and half sister.
Carl is survived by his wife Betty of the home; a daughter Nedra Sly of Cairo, MO; 2 grandchildren Emily Elizabeth Sly of Moberly, MO and William Daniel Sly of Clifton Hill, MO as well as 4 great grandchildren, Aiden Sly, Aaron Sly, Kinsey Sly and Claire Sly.
