Carl Clark, Jr. (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Carl Clark, Jr., son of Carl and Opal Henson Clark, was born July 3, 1945 in Conway, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, April 4, 2021, in Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of seventy-five years, nine months, and one day.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother.
Carl is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Brewer, and her husband, Dennis, of Marshfield, Missouri, and Teresa Knight, and her husband, Warren, of Lebanon, Missouri; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Clark, and his wife, Dorothy, of Moston, Wisconsin, and David Clark, and his wife, Beverly, of Conway, Missouri; a sister, Virginia Howerton, and her husband, Don, of Long Lane, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Conway area, and graduated from Conway High School. He then made his home in the Conway and Marshfield area for most of his life. He worked in a steel plant for several years, until becoming disabled. He then worked for Furniture Factory Outlet in Marshfield for a time.
Carl made his profession of faith in Christ early in his life.
He liked being outdoors where his favorite activities were hunting and fishing. His family was very important to him and he enjoyed having time with them whenever he could.
Carl was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Graveside services for Mr. Clark will be held Thursday, April 8, at 11 a.m. at Harmony Cemetery in Long Lane.
A memorial has been established to Harmony Cemetery and donations may be left at the funeral home.
