First off please accept my sincere condolences and apologies for sending this so late after Carl's passing. Carl has recently been on my mind and today I decided to try and find him on the internet only to find that he has since past.

I knew Carl some 20 years ago as a teenager who worked with his show cattle during the summer along with my late uncle Virgil Schoen. Carl was always very good to me and I have often thought of him and his great personality and outlook on life.

As a coworker of mine in the Disability office, I knew Hermsmeyer for the last year of His life. In that time I found a man that enjoyed working, helping others,had a positive and peaceful nature, as a God loving man that knew God and was at peace with going to his Loving arms. He has left a lasting impression in my life and I cherish the time I was able to communicate and learn from him.
