Carmella M. Leatherman (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Carmella Leatherman age 74, was born October 13, 1945 to Joseph and Helen Canonico in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Fast forward, she meets the love of her life, Lenard Leatherman of Hollister, Missouri. They wed on September 15, 1963 and out of their union came four children: Florence Tyler and spouse Kevin; Elizabeth Elder and spouse Robert; Michelle Stults and Robert Tokum; and Leonard Leatherman and spouse Donna. Carmella loved her grandchildren, Kyle Stults and spouse Alicia; Linnzey Pool and spouse Casey; Hailey Cox and spouse Bryce Ashley Johnson; Kristian Tyler, and Tristian Leatherman. Carmella adored her great-grandchildren: Logan Pool, Gabriel Stults and Taylor Haas.
Carmella was saved at a young age and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. Carmella worked at Walmart for years. She loved to garden, sew, read and enjoyed farm life. She was so full of life. She went home to be with Jesus on September 7, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lenard Leatherman, in-laws, Rieth and Homee Leatherman, parents Joseph and Helen Canonico.
