She made her home in the St. Louis area for a number of years, and lived in Illinois for a short time. Carmen was a devoted homemaker to her family throughout the years. She then made her home in the Lake of the Ozarks area for over twenty years, and was employed by Lake Regional Hospital for several years. In 2011, she moved to Lebanon, and made her home.
Carmen enjoyed babysitting and being around children. She was also an avid reader. She had overcome cancer on multiple occasions and was proud to be a cancer survivor. She always maintained a positive attitude and was willing to help others. Her family was very dear to her; she loved everyone, and especially enjoyed her two grandchildren. Words cannot express how much her family meant to her or the joy she got from her grandchildren.
Carmen was a very loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
