Carol Ann Jensen (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Carol Jensen, daughter of John and Julia Samolinski, was born October 2, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. She departed this life, November 15, 2025, in Camdenton, Missouri at the age of eighty-three years, one month and thirteen days. She was united in marriage to John Merritt and to this union a child was born. In 1973, she remarried Sherwin Jensen, to which a second child was born. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; Sherwin; a brother who passed very young; and three sisters, Lori Calamio, Kathrin Novak and Shirley Semento. She is survived by her sons, Robert Merritt and William Jensen; brother, John Samolinski; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Carol was raised in the Chicago area and attended Catholic High School. Her greatest joy was living at the Lake of the Ozarks. She moved here after spending time at her sister’s place and loving the area. She was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
