Carroll Brandt (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Carroll Sue Brandt was born on November 22, 1946 to James and Keitha Bennett and passed peacefully on November 10, 2021 at 76 years old.
Carroll graduated with a Masters in Sociology and worked as a drug/alcohol counselor at Creoks Mental Health in Henreyetta, Oklahoma for 10+ years. She lived in Henreyetta for many years on Tiger Mountain before moving to Midwest City, Oklahoma where she later retired. She then later moved to Camdenton, Missouri where she resided for two years at Windsor Estates Care Center before her passing.
She loved to travel no matter the distance! She always loved being on the road and exploring new places. She enjoyed reading mystery novels while relaxing in her bed with her cats and dogs by her side.
Carroll was a loving and caring mother, friend, grandmother, daughter. She is preceded by her mother and father James and Keitha Bennett. She is survived by her son, Hans Simmons; a granddaughter, Seciley Simmon; a great-grandson of Lubbock, Texas and a grandson, Braydon Green of Holdenville, Oklahoma.

One quiet day the angels came
And took grandma far away
But in the stillness of the night
I could almost hear her say
Dear grand-child, I will miss you
You mean so much to me
But Jesus called me to his side
In Heaven I will be
A place of Gods great beauty
No tears or earthly cares
Only peace and joy forever
And love beyond compare
So remember all the good times
Don’t think about the sad
Treasure all of the special moments
Through the years we’ve always had
And if you trust in Jesus
I can promise this and more
You will get a hug from grandma
Someday in Heavens golden shore.
