Charolette Spencer (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Charolette Onetta Spencer, 66, of Halfway, Missouri, passed into the hand of our Lord Saturday morning, at Citizens Memorial Hospital, in Bolivar, Missouri. She passed peacefully, with her family at her side.
Born Charolette O. Graves, in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Jesse Mayfield Graves and Lucy Golden (Brown) Graves. The Graves family made their home in Bolivar, Missouri, on their family farm. She attended school in Halfway. After the death of her parents she maintained the family farm, then was a professional truck driver for over twenty years. Charolette was a lifelong resident of Polk County, and a member of the Humansville Full Gospel Church.
Charolette is survived by her three children, Jesse Mayfield Williams, Lucy R. Gifford, and Michelle Lynn Spencer; five grandchildren, Rachael Richardson, Jay Williams, John Gifford, Jessica Jones, and Taitum Gage; three great-grandchildren, Anthony Jackson, Damien Richardson, and Jennifer Williams; she also leaves a large extended family, and many close friends, who mourn her passing.
