Christopher John Roberts (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Christopher J. Roberts, 45, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, in Lebanon South Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Lebanon.
He was born Feb. 7, 1971, in Lebanon, Mo. to John Ray and Carolyn Jean Koffer Roberts, and was preceded in death by his father.
Chris was born and raised in Lebanon and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1989. He then worked in the maintenance department at Tracker Marine for awhile, and then worked for Wal-Mart in Springfield and Marshfield. He also worked at Bristol Myers in Springfield for a time.
He made his profession of faith in Christ early in his life and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Lebanon. He enjoyed the fellowship his church offered him throughout the years.
Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Roberts, of Lebanon; a sister, Cynthia K. Roberts, of Lebanon; a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his pet cat, Fergy.
Graveside services and burial for Christopher J. Roberts will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, in New Home Cemetery near Falcon with the Rev. David Brown officiating, under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
