Cindy Michelle Kennedy (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Cindy Michelle Kennedy, daughter of William Henry and Billi Janice Johnson, was born July 8, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri. She departed this life Monday, May 16, 2011, in her home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-one years, ten months, and eight days.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and her fiancé, Charles R. Alford, Jr.
Cindy is survived by three daughters, Dannielle Sien, and her husband, Randy, and Tina Kennedy, all of Lebanon, Missouri, and Amanda Ball, and her husband, Damien, of Ellington, Missouri; a son, Kevin Helferstay, of Ellington, Missouri; ten grandchildren, Katelynn, Dravin, Kylee, Angel, Corey, Colby, Leonard, Malaki, Gavin, and Randy; her father, William Kennedy, and his wife, Jan, of St. Louis, Missouri; a brother, Steven Kennedy, and his wife, Nancy, of St. Louis, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in the St. Louis area, and graduated from high school there. She then took her E.M.T. training and worked for the Gateway Ambulance Service for several years. She later worked for B & B Towing for a time. Since moving to Lebanon in 1996, she had worked at M.T.A. Gun Range.
She possessed a very caring and sweet spirit. She was always helping others and did volunteer work with animal shelters. She had a great fondness for anything to do with Mickey Mouse. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and camping. Her family was very important to her, and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
Cindy was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and friends.
