Claude Casey (Humansville)'s Obituary
Claude William Casey, 92, of El Dorado Springs, MO went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 8th, 2016.
Claude was born in Kansas City, MO to Fred and Nancy Baker Casey in 1924. He was raised in Mt. View, MO. Throughout life Claude would live in many places within the U.S., he was always at home in Missouri.
In WWII, Claude served his nation proudly in Germany alongside his twin brother, Clyde. He would drive trucks for the Army, and as a hand-to-hand combat expert was a highly decorated boxer for the Army. After the War, Claude moved back to Missouri where he met his wife, Margaret.
Claude would go on to live in Arizona, Minnesota, and Montana, depending on the season.
Claude loved the outdoors, and especially loved fishing and hunting rabbits with traps. He passed on his many passions to the next generation.
Later in life, Claude came to a saving grace in Jesus, and devoted himself to Christ. While he will be missed, he is now truly home.
Claude is survived by two sons; Edward Casey and Robert Casey, and two daughters; Jackie MacMane and Claudine Vohs. He is preceded by his loving wife, Margaret.
Services for Claude are incomplete at this time and will be announced by the Butler Funeral Home of Humansville, MO.
